To strengthen the impact we create, we would like to bring on board a specilaist, who wants to fulfil the position of the

Senior Quality Control Analyst (KYC-CDD) (32 - 40 h/wk)

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by quality Control of all CDD related files (Onboarding, PR, EDR, Offboarding) according to the applicable policies, procedures and standards.

Next to that

• You will gain insight into the quality of the CDD files.
• You will report bi-weekly status on the CDD files.
• You will provide feedback and guidance to the KYC analysts related to files.
• You will Identify weaknesses in the processes and report them back to the Head of KYC & FC.
• You will follow up on the Senior Management sign off of the CDD files.
• You willl laise and maintain contact with our clients and main stakeholders if necessary.
• You will analyze, documentation, activity patterns, and transactions to detect potential suspicious activity or activity that is not consistent with the client's profile, and escalating as appropriate.

This is complemented by:

• Previous experience in the finance sector / investment management in a similar role
• Proven Experience as Quality Control rules for CDD and FC files.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience and knowledge to analyse (complex, international) legal, tax and operational structures of different types of institutions and understand their risks in the complexity of a global context
• Ability to work in project setting in close cooperation with colleagues on process and planning
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws regulation for financial sector
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing, additional language such as Spanish, French or Russian is a plus

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Investee KYC and cooperate closely with others within T-IM.
