Management Assistant to the CEO and Group Director Human Resources

Being the first point of contact for the CEO and Group Director Human Resources (HR), internally and externally, you connect easily because of your flexibility and excellent communication skills. With your organisational talent you make complex matters feel easy. Finding the balance between small details and large comprehensive tasks is a welcome challenge for you. Dealing with confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion is self-evident.

Take action

  • Manage comprehensive and complex calendars; plan (international) meetings and activities for the CEO and Group Director HR.
  • Co-organise complex (international) meetings and events.
  • Prepare correspondence; draft and edit English or Dutch language emails on behalf of the CEO and Group Director HR.
  • Follow up on action items for the CEO, as appropriate, in close collaboration with the Business Manager of the CEO.
  • Collect and prepare documentation and information for use in discussions and meetings of the CEO and Group Director HR.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the CEO and Group Director HR as required.
  • Act as host for visitors to the CEO and Group Director HR (and possibly the other Executive Board members).

This is you

You completed a secretarial education and/or have at least several years of experience in a similar role. You are self-reliant, punctual and trustworthy. You can set priorities, are flexible and you adapt easily when necessary. You are familiar with technological tools/software applications that enhance efficiency in your (administrative) tasks and you have affinity with the values and mission of Triodos Bank.

This is complemented by

  • Experience as Executive/Secretary/or Management Assistant on executive and/or board level, in an international setting is a pre.
  • Your ability to balance multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

The team

The Executive Board (EB) consists of Jeroen Rijpkema (CEO and Chair of the Executive Board), Nico Kronemeijer (COO), Jacco Minnaar (CCO), Marjolein Landheer (CRO) and Kees van Kalveen (CFO). You will directly support the CEO (in close collaboration with the Business Manager to the CEO) and the Group Director HR. The Group Director HR leads the international HR organisation with an HR leadership team consisting of 8 managers. Within the team of Management Assistants, who support the Executive Board Members, Managing Directors and Group Directors, information is exchanged whenever needed to collaboratively ensure full support to the Executive Board. You will also work closely with the Corporate Office led by the Corporate Secretary.
