During the past years some improvements have been made already. We now have a monthly data delivery from five different countries on our co-worker data, we have a data warehouse in place to structure and interpret our HR data and we use Qlik for our dashboarding. • You will take co-ownership in the development of a roadmap for the HR data- and reporting chain
  • You will internationally coordinate activities for improvement of the HR data- and reporting chain. Align with stakeholders, inside and outside the HR community
  • You will manage business demand, translate wishes into functional requirements and align the realization with internal or external suppliers

What you will bring

  • maintain integrity and honesty when handling HR data, given its sensitive nature
  • set focus and prioritize your work, together with a colleague
  • connect closely with HR colleagues across the Triodos group in all 5 countries

Furthermore, it is expected that you:

  • are a true number cruncher and are able to drill down into data quickly and thoroughly
  • have experience in business data analysis and reporting, preferably also with HR related data
  • are skilled in working with data visualization tools like KNIME and QlikSense

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to Head of HR Service Delivery and cooperate closely with your direct colleague, the other HR Data Expert. Also you will find close collaboration with our Data & Analytics team, who are responsible for our EDW and reporting tooling.
